Painters Plus started in  1999 by Keith O'Gara, an Air Force Civil Engineer apprentice and Business Administration Major, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of painting. He continues his education with regular attendace to courses associated with state laws, finish applications, certificatons, product changes, abatement and so forth as it relates to the field.
